The Phase II test of X, Y Group Technical & Non Technical Airmen is conducted in three phases Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Adaptability Test 1 (Situation Reaction Test), Adaptability Test 2 (Group Discussion).
Guidelines for eligibility must be reviewed on frequent basis to enjoy hassle free way of Airmen selection procedure. Few eligibility guidelines are discussed below:
- - For unmarried male citizens of India & Nepal.
- - The upper age limit on date of enrolment is 21 years.
- - Passed 10+2/Intermediate/equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
- - Medical standards for written exam are:
- - Height: 152.5 cm or Proportionate to height & age (BMI)
- - Chest: Minimum Range: 5 cm
- - Weight: Minimum: 55 kg
- - Able to hear forced whispers from a range of 6 m
- - Permanent tattoos on the body are not permitted
