But while heading to the SSB interview candidates must be calm and composed and mentally they should drive themselves by thinking that they have already aced the rounds. Regular practice of meditation and less screen time days prior to the SSB Interview would help a candidate in the long run.

Being All Updated: As anyone who is appearing for the SSB Interview, the candidate needs to be updated not only with bookish daily updates but the candidate needs to be aware and updated of his/her surroundings too. Daily reading of the newspaper and being more conscious of the surroundings will help a candidate in the many aspects of the interview.
