Group Planning Exercise (GPE): Solve a hypothetical problem as a group.

Outdoor Tasks: These include Physical Obstacles, Command Tasks, Snake Race, etc., testing teamwork and leadership.

Lecturette: Speak on a topic chosen from a list.

Day 5: Personal Interview

Conducted by senior officers to assess personal attributes, motivation, and leadership qualities.

Questions often relate to academics, hobbies, family, current events, and reasons for joining the Armed Forces.

 Day 6: Conference

A panel reviews the candidate’s performance across all tasks.

The final selection is based on overall performance and recommendation.
