Rajasthan has topped in the adoption of wind energy.

• According to data released by the Ministry of New and renewable energy, Rajasthan is the top achiever in the adoption of wind energy.
• Gujarat and Tamil Nadu were the 2nd and 3rd big achievers in wind energy respectively.
• Gujrat has the highest wind capacity among all the states.

Jettiwings. North East India’s First Flight gets approval from the Ministry of Civil Aviation.

• Jettwings, North East India’s First Flight which is based in Guwahati, Assam received a no-objection certificate from the Ministry of Civil Aviation.
• This flight will offer regional connectivity under Ude Desh Ka Aam Nagrik.

Vaibhav Fellowship has been launched for students of India.

• China has successfully launched 41 satellites into space using the March 2D Rocket.

UNGA adopts a draft resolution introduced by India.

• The United Nations General Assembly has adopted by consensus a draft resolution piloted by India to establish a memorial wall in the UN headquarters to honour fallen peacekeepers.

• AGEL or Adani Green Energy Limited has been named the top energy company in Asia and the top energy company in the world.

RBI appoints PN Vasudevan as the MD and CEO of Equitas Small Finance Bank.

• PN Vasudevan has been appointed as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Equitas Small Finance Bank for a period of 3 years.
