Cyclone ‘Mocha’ may turn into a Very Severe Cyclone According to IMD.

• According to the Meteorological Bureau of India, Cyclone ‘Mocha’ may turn into a very severe cyclone.
• Cyclone ‘Mocha’ has been named by Yemen. 

The Chief Justice of India has launched ‘E-Filing’ and ‘E-Sewa Kendra’.

• Under these two services, cases could be filed in the supreme court electronically.
• E- Sewa Kendra will provide information about legal cases throughout India with a single click.

The Ministry of Women and Child Development launches the ‘Poshan Bhi Padhai Bhi’ Scheme.

• Under the ‘Poshan Bhi Padhai Bhi’ Scheme, the Government will provide preschool nutrition to Children through Aanganwadi Workers.
• Poshn Bhi Pdhai will focus on holistic pre-primary quality education for children ensuring health and nutrition standards.

50% of Indian Villages have achieved ODF+ Category under SBM (G).

• According to a report released by the Ministry of Jal Shakti, a Total of 50% of Indian Villages have achieved ODF+ Category Status under the second phase of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan Grameen.
• An ODF+ Village is Village is a village that has appropriate arrangements for solid and liquid waste management.
• Top Performing States in Achieving ODF+ Status:

1st- Telangana (100%)

2nd - Karnataka (99.5%)

3rd- Tamil Nadu (97.8%)

4th- Uttar Pradesh (95.2%)

Akashvani will be the permanent name of All India Radio.

• The Indian Government recently announced that the public broadcaster, All India Radio, will be exclusively referred to as the Akashvani.
• Previously, these two names were used interchangeably. With a network of over 262 radio stations, All India Radio is available to 92 per cent of India’s area and nearly all of its population.

• India and Israel have signed an agreement to allow 42,000 Indians to work in Israel.

FAO has set up the ‘Agriculture and Market Information System (AMIS).

• Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) has set up Agriculture and Market Information System (AMIS).
• It is an inter-agency platform that boosts transparency in the food market and promotes policy response for food security. In its latest monitor, the AMIS revealed that India’s corn, soybean, and rice production will be affected due to the El Nino weather event.

UAE has hosted the ‘Machines Can See 2023 Summit’

• ‘Machines Can See 2023 Summit’ was launched recently by the UAE government.
• The aim of the summit is to bring together experts from across the world to discuss the future of artificial intelligence and its potential in contributing to the UAE’s vision of creating the next Silicon Valley.
