• The government of Odisha under CM Naveen Patnaik has launched Mo Jungle Jami (My Forestland) Scheme for Forest Dwellers.

Indore Municipal Corporation to be the first urban body to get EPR credit.

• Indore Municipal Corporation has become the first urban body in the country to receive the Extended Producers Responsibility credit by recycling 8 tonnes of banned single-use plastic items

• Ariane-5 Rocket has launched 2 satellites successfully from French Guiana.

India is going to set up its first IIT Campus in Tanzania.

• India and Tanzania have signed a memorandum of understanding with Tanzania to set up an IIT Campus.
• IIT-Madras has set up this campus in Tanzania and IIT-M will be running four undergraduate courses in the Tanzania campus.

• According to the world investment report 2023 of UNCTAD, India, and ASEAN are the top recipient of Foreign Direct Investment.

• India has received 662 billion USD Foreign Direct Investment in 2022-23.
