• Bhajan Lal Sharma has become the next chief minister of Rajasthan.

• Lok Sabha passed two bills to provide benefits of the Women Reservation Act 2023.
• Women Reservation Act was passed under Constitution Amendment Act 106 to provide reservations in parliament and state assembly.

India hosts Global AI (Artificial Intelligence Summit).

• India is hosting the GAPI (Global Partnership for Artificial Intelligence) Summit in New Delhi.
• This summit will discuss security and development challenges related to Artificial Intelligence.
• There are a total of 29 members in the Global AI (Artificial Intelligence Summit), excluding China.

China Unveils World’s First 4th-Generation Nuclear Reactor.

• Shidao Bay nuclear power plant is going to be the World’s First 4th Generation Nuclear Reactor unveiled by China.
• The Shidao Bay plant distinguishes itself by utilizing two high-temperature reactors cooled by gas, a departure from conventional pressurized water cooling systems.

• Retail Inflation which is measured by Consumer Price Index reached a level of 5.55%.
• This data was published by the National Statistical Organisation.
