Shishir Dixit Sir was born in the Raebareli District of Uttar Pradesh. He belonged to a humble background. He wanted to become an officer in Indian Armed Forces since his childhood only. During his college, he joined NCC also. Shishir Dixit Sir has served in Indian Airforce as an officer for 10 years. During his glorious career of 10 years, Shishir Dixit Sir learned essential lessons of his life which he still shares with the upcoming generation. Shishir Sir is married to Mrs. Gurkirat Kaur and they have a child also. Shishir Dixit despite being a very simple and down-to-earth person is not unknown to name and fame. He has been awarded so many awards and honour. He has been awarded by Honourable Chief Ministers of Uttar Pradesh and Uttrakhand for his contribution in giving the highest selections in defence sector.
