The Indian Army holds the Technical Entry Scheme - TES exam twice a year. In this admission procedure, there are no written tests. Instead, applicants apply directly for the SSB interview based on their performance in the JEE (Mains) exam and their scores in the 12th standard.
Eligibility Criteria for Army 10+2 TES 48th Course
Nationality:
A candidate must be a citizen of India or as mentioned in the official notification.
Educational Qualification:

Candidates must have passed the 10+2 exam with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized education board.

Additionally, candidates must have appeared in JEE (Mains) examination 2022.

Army 10+2 TES 48th Course Vacancies 2022
The Army TES 48th Course will have a total of 90 vacant posts. Depending on the Training Academy's capacity for this course, the vacancy is tentative and subject to change. Depending on the needs of the organization at the time, the number of vacancies may rise or fall. After successfully completing the four-year Technical Entry Scheme (TES) training, cadets will be awarded a Permanent Commission in the Army with the rank of Lieutenant.
Selection Process for Army 10+2 TES 48th Course Jan 2023

First, the Integrated Headquarters of the Ministry of Defence will shortlist applicants based on their online applications.

Using the contact information they submitted, candidates will be notified through email or SMS if they have been shortlisted for an SSB interview.

Candidates must log on to the website after receiving their Selection Center allotment in order to choose their SSB dates, which are originally accessible on a first-come, first-served basis.

Only those candidates who have been shortlisted and are eligible will participate in the SSB at the selection centers in Kapurthala, Bangalore, Bhopal, and Allahabad.

Candidates certified fit in the medical examination will be appointed in accordance with the vacancies after the final merit list is created based on the marks obtained by candidates in the SSB Interview.
