AFCAT-1 2021 Exam Analysis
The Indian Air Force (IAF) has successfully conducted the AFCAT (1) 2021 exam in online mode on February 20,2021. The exam analysis of AFCAT (1) 2021 Shift 1 is made available for the candidates who are going to appear in the forthcoming exams. The candidates can assess their performance with the exam analysis to know the section-wise and overall difficulty of the exam. Besides, aspirants will be able to know the section-wise & topic-wise distribution of questions, difficulty level of the questions, weightage of topics, etc. The AFCAT exam is conducted at designated exam centers throughout India to select the eligible candidates for various vacant posts in different branches of the Indian Air Force.
As per the feedback received from the candidates who have appeared for the AFCAT (1) 2021 exam, the difficulty level of the paper was from easy to moderate. However, the difficulty level of the questions as per different sections may vary from candidates to candidates as per their performance in the exam. AFCAT exam is conducted for admission to Flying, Ground Duty (Non-Technical), and Ground Duty (Technical) branches. The AFCAT exam is conducted in two shifts across India in more than 100 cities. The exam for the morning shift was conducted from 9.45 AM to 11.45 PM, whereas, the afternoon shift is scheduled from 2.15 PM to 4.15 PM.

- - The candidates are awarded with 03 marks for every correct answer.
- - 01 mark is deducted for every incorrect answer.
- - No mark is deducted for unattempted questions.
AFCAT-1 2021 Exam Analysis: Difficulty Level of Questions
- - The difficulty level of the sections like General Awareness, and Verbal Ability ranged from easy to moderate level along with a few high-level questions.
- - The questions in the Numerical Ability sections were mainly incorporated from the topics such as Profit & Loss, Simplification, Work & Time, and Simple Interest.
- - However, the difficulty level of the Reasoning & Military Aptitude ranged from moderate to high level along with a few decisive questions.
- - The Reasoning & Military Aptitude section tested the problem-solving & decision-making approach of the candidates.
- - In English section there were 5 synonyms, 4-5 questions of spotting errors, cloze test having 5 questions ,2 questions from idioms and phrases and also some questions were related to phrasal verbs.
