An applicant links herself with the test's words and expresses their personality (OLQ) in line with those associations. Depending on the candidate's preference, a word can be utilized as a noun, verb, adverb, or adjective. Even when someone says anything detrimental one must be careful to remain optimistic. The psychologist assesses a candidate's personality based on each response. One by one, the candidates' 60 words are displayed on the screen. The response must be in the form of a brief statement, and each word is shown for 15 seconds.

The candidate comprehends the word, comes up with a response that demonstrates his or her personality, and puts it down in the form of a complete, grammatically perfect phrase within the allotted 15 seconds. He/she shouldn't be used a lot in the sentence. Likewise, no names ought to be mentioned. Idioms, proverbs, quotes, and even modal verbs like "can" and "could" are unnecessary.
