CDS-2 2023 Notification Out - Apply for CDS-2 2023

The Union Public Service Commission has released a notification for CDS-2 2023. CDS- 2 2023 Exam is going to take place on 3rd September 2023. CDS Aspirants will be able to apply for CDS- 2 2023 from 17th May 2023. Candidates will be able to apply for CDS- 2 2023 till 6th June 2023. CDS Exam is conducted by UPSC for selecting candidates for National Defence Academy and Naval Academy. CDS Exam is conducted by UPSC for selecting officers for Indian Army, Indian Airforce, and Indian Navy. Candidates selected through CDS Exam are trained at OTA (Officers Training Academy), IMA (Indian Military Academy), AFA (Air Force Academy), and INA (Indian Naval Academy). Candidates commissioned from OTA get short service commission whereas Candidates commissioned from IMA, INA, and AFA get permanent commission.

Important Instructions for CDS-2 2023

Candidates need to upload their latest passport-size photograph in JPEG format. The size of the photograph should be between 20 kb to 300kb.
Candidates need to upload their signature which should be between 30 kb to 300 kb in JPEG format.
Candidates need to upload their photo identity card such as Adhaar Card, Pan Card, or Driving License in PDF format. The size of a photo identity card should be between 20 kb to 300 kb. Candidates need to take the same identity card at the exam center.
Candidates have to use a black ballpoint pen only for filling the OMR Sheet.

It is recommended that candidates should apply for CDS-2 2023 as early as possible. As NDA and CDS exams are now conducted on the same date that’s why exam centers get filled very fast.
