The Central Cabinet has approved the Data Protection Bill.

• The Digital Personal Data Protection Bill, 2022, a draft of which was floated in November, is expected to be tabled in Parliament's Monsoon Session that begins on July 20. The Union Cabinet approved the draft Bill on 5th July.

Chandrayan-3 has been integrated with LVM-3.

• ISRO has integrated Chandrayaan-3 with Launch Vehicle Mark-3.
• ISRO is going to launch Chandrayan-3 in July from Satish Dhawan Space Centre.

India launches Bharat 6G Alliance.

• Union Minister of Information Technology, Ashwini Vaishnaw, announced the introduction of the Bharat 6G Alliance as India acquired 200 patents relating to 6G.

Startup 20 Shikhar Summit held in Gurugram.

• The Startup20 Gurugram Shikhar Summit serves as a critical platform for the startup ecosystem, ecosystem builders, industry experts, Government, policymakers, and thought leaders to collaborate and shape the trajectory of startups on a global scale.

• 17.01° C average global temperature, the temperature was recorded on the 3rd of July.
• Earlier, 16.92° c was recorded in August 2016.

Meta launches ‘Thread’.

• Meta has launched ‘Thread’ which is a social media platform like Twitter.

• According to Meta, Threads will be a place where communities come together to discuss everything from the topics you care about today to what’ll be trending tomorrow”.

World Investment Report 2023: FDI in Developing Asia Remains Flat at $662 Billion in 2022.

• The report highlights that FDI inflows to developing Asia remained stagnant at $662 billion, with the majority of investments highly concentrated in a few economies: India, China, Singapore, Hong Kong.

Britain gave the environmental award to Indian conservationists.

• Britain's King Charles III and Queen Camilla presented the coveted Elephant Family environmental award to Indian conservationists.
