Chandrayan-3 is to be launched on 13th July.

  • The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) will launch the third edition of its lunar mission, the Chandrayaan-3, on July 13 at 2.30 pm from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota.

       

President Draupdi Muru has presented Distinguished Service Awards to Officers of the Indian Armed Forces.

  • Total 84 Distinguished Service Award Medals were presented by Draupadi Murmu to Officers of Indian Armed Forces.
  • Out of these 84 Medals, 52 AVSM, 1 AVSM Bar, and 29 PVSM were given to officers of the Indian Armed Forces for their distinguished service.

The Nepalese Supreme Court has asked the Nepalese Government to register Same-Sex Marriages.

  • Nepal Court has issued interim orders to allow registration of same-sex marriage in the country.
  • Nepal has become the third country in South Asia after India and Sri Lanka to allow same-sex marriages.

Now All South Koreans have become 2 years younger.

South Korea has now scrapped the old way of counting age and because of the new method of counting of age, all the South Koreans have become younger by two years.

India has set aside 20% TCS on Foreign Spending through Credit Cards.

  • The Indian Government has decided not to levy any TCS (Tax Collection at Source) Tax on any spending in the foreign country through credit cards.
