The Indian Airforce has released a notification for the Agniveervayu (Sports) Intake 0/2024 on its official website. All the unmarried outstanding sportsmen who have performed well in their respective sports. The Indian Air Force has invited applications from different sports which have been mentioned below. Candidates will be able for the Agniveervayu (Sports) Intake 0/2024 between 12th February to 22nd February. Aspirants should make sure that IAF will accept forms in online mode only and for that official link has been provided below. Candidates applying for this vacancy will be subject to physical fitness tests and medical examinations.

Educational Qualification |
Science Subject Candidates should have passed the Intermediate/10+2/ Equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics, and English from an Education Board recognised by Central, State, and UT with a minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. |

Other than Science Subjects Passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent Examination in any stream/subjects approved by Education Boards recognized by Central, State and UT with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. |

SPORTS ACHIEVEMENTS |
Individual should have represented the country in Junior/Senior International competitions recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOA) in any of the sports disciplines.
Individuals should have attained the minimum standard of fifth place in the Junior National competitions, represented the State/Union Territory in Senior National competitions or All India Inter University competitions or SAI (Khelo India National) in any of the sports disciplines.
In team events, the individual should have represented state in Junior/ Senior National competitions conducted by respective Sports Federations or All India Inter University Championship or SAI (Khelo India National) in any of the sports disciplines. |

Special Criteria for Cricket Players |
Candidates who have played All India Inter-University or BCCI Trophies – U-19, U-23, Ranji Trophy, Duleep Trophy, Deodhar Trophy or higher participation are only eligible to apply. |
